Workflows that work without you.

Hallway Advisory reengineers business processes for small teams, then builds the Notion and n8n systems that run them.

What we do

  • Workflow and automation design

We map how work moves through your business, then automate the repeat steps with n8n so your team stops doing them by hand.

  • Notion workspace builds

Databases, dashboards, and templates built around how your team really works.

  • Systems audits

We review the tools and processes you run today and hand you a prioritized plan for what to fix first.

How it works

  1. Discover

A short call to map your current process and where the time goes.

  2. Build

We design and build in your own accounts, so you hold your data and own your systems.

  3. Run and improve

We stay on to monitor, maintain, and extend what we built as your business changes. Every build includes a handoff document so you always know how it works.

How we run our own operations

We run on the same stack we build. Notion is the operating system for Hallway, and n8n runs the automations behind it, including error handling that fixes known failures automatically and flags everything else for review. The same approach runs a short term rental business the founder operates, where n8n keeps every reservation in step with Notion, fixes known failures on its own, and turns anything new into a flagged task, with Claude drafting a fix for the founder to approve.

This is the same stack we build for clients, running on one invented test reservation. It shows a normal sync, a known failure fixed automatically, and an unknown failure flagged for review.

About

Hallway Advisory was founded by Marc Hall, an electrical engineer with a software engineering background and experience in federal IT and cloud infrastructure. After months of exploring where AI and workflows could save time across his own businesses, Marc saw that the systems he was building could help others too. No two problems are the same, and working out how to give another team time back is a challenge he enjoys.
